Brief Summary

I worked with a team for the National Bowel Screening Programme in Mater Misericordiae University Hospital in Dublin and I am now currently working at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown in Dublin. I perform Gastroscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, and Full Colonoscopy for in-patients & outpatients referred from the symptomatic service.I also been instrumental to organize a capsule endoscopy service and read Colon capsules. I have extensive experience in education for endoscopy nurses by setting up an endoscopy course with a University affiliation for nurses to specialize in Endoscopy.Recent appointments include Vice President of ESGENA (European Society of Gastroenterology & Endoscopy Nurses & Associates)

Educational Experience

I have over 23 years of nursing experience. My clinical experience includes 20 years in Gastrointestinal endoscopy in Ireland and 3 years in Intensive Care Nursing in India, including Neurology & Cardiology specialties.
