Scope Health UK ("Scope Health UK" or the "Company") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit the Company's Web sites, individuals who register to download free or trial software or use the Company's software and services, individuals who register to attend the Company's corporate in-person or web-based events and for all employees and contractors who are employed by the Company.

By registering on the online form page and providing the information in this form, or providing your personal information via other channels like chats and emails, you consent to Scope Health UK's collection and storage of your personal information provided. When you complete this Registration Form, you understand and agree that Scope Health UK may process and share your Personal Information that you provide for the following purposes:

How long do we keep your personal data?

We store personal data for as long as we find it necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data was collected, while also considering our need to answer your queries or resolve possible problems, to comply with legal requirements under applicable laws, to attend to any legal claims/complaints, and for safeguarding purposes. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period of time after your last interaction with us. When the personal data that we have collected is no longer required, we will delete it in a secure manner.

Customer Provided Content

Some services like Document360 permit Customers to store customer content such as documents, images and other digital information ("Customer Content"). Such customer content is accessible only by the Customer and Scope Health UK does not use any Customer Content. Each Customer is solely responsible for its Customer Content including that Customer Content is not inappropriate or unlawful and that it does not contain any viruses or harmful content.

Your Rights

If at any time after consenting to our sending you marketing communications, you change your mind about receiving information from us, please send us a request specifying your new choice. Simply send your request to contact@Scope Health UK . Scope Health UK will respond to your request within at most one month from the date of your request. If you would like to request for any modification to the personal data provided or if you would want all your personal data provided to be deleted from the Company, send your request to contact@Scope Health UK

You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link located on the bottom of the Company's marketing emails and newsletters. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account associated with Software and Services purchased that are required for support and maintenance of the products.

Scope Health UK's Web sites contain links to other external Web sites, for instance to our content on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. The privacy statements of these other Web sites govern the information practices or the content of these other Web sites. The Company encourages you to review the privacy statements of other Web sites to understand their information and privacy practices.

Cookies and other Tracking Technologies

Scope Health UK uses cookies to make interactions with the Company's Web sites easy and meaningful. When you visit one of the Company's Web sites, Scope Health UK (or one of our third parties service provider's) servers send a cookie to your computer. Software and Services are sold directly by Scope Health UK to Customers and indirectly through distributors and resellers ("Business Partners") to Customers. If you register interest in Software or Services with Scope Health UK or if you register interest in a jointly promoted Software or Service from Scope Health UK, the Company may share your personal data collected in connection with your expression of interest in our Software or Services, with our Business Partner(s). Scope Health UK contractually limits Business Partners' use of your personal data for the purpose of promoting and selling Software and Services and requires them contractually to comply with applicable law on the collection of personal data. Scope Health UK does not control our business partners' use of your personal data we collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. Scope Health UK does not share your personal data with business partners unless you specifically opt in to such sharing via an information request or an event registration form. Compelled Disclosure

Scope Health UK Web sites do not offer information intended to attract children. Scope Health UK does not knowingly solicit personal data from children under the age of 16.

Processing Data Outside of European Economic Area (EEA)

Scope Health UK may store, process and/or transfer personal data to countries outside of the EEA (including countries where the European Commission has not made a decision of an adequate level of protection of personal data), especially to India.
